Database Support Administrator (SQL)

SQL Database Support Administrator (T-SQL, SSIS) required for an international Finance company based inCentral London. The role will be focused around supporting and maintaining the underlining SQL Platform which runs in real time, with potential further development as the role progresses.

The role will assist in and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data processes from asynchronous updates (service broker, mirroring, and replication) to data imports and ETL processes (DTS/SSIS) in an SQL Server environment. You will be required to understand the full data chain, data models and report models to ensure accurate and timely data.

Key skills necessary:

Excellent SQL Skills

SSIS, T-SQL

Proven SQL Server 2008 (2005 accepted) experience

Experience in Querying and Optimization

Desirable:

SSRS

Excellent communication skills

Data Analysis

Finance Experience
