For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Database Storage Manager
Scope of work:
- Actively manage DB/Storage performance and throughput of strategic infrastructure platforms, such as DHP (Database Hosting Platform), CS Linux Platform, SAN & NAS, etc.
- Define methodology and basic approach, select required tools and technologies
- Intensively collaborate with peer groups and experts in Application Development, Productions Support, Platform Integration and Engineering
Key deliverables:
- knowledge and experience in the operation of clustered enterprise Database Environments (Oracle) infrastructure and storage
- Very good knowledge and experience in all other relevant disciplines (Operating Systems, Application Platforms and Networks and Network-Protocols)
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
