Database Modeller (3 month contract)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to participate in the effective design of a new Data Warehouse.

You will work with a number of key stakeholders to design the table structures for a new Data Warehouse which will be used for improved reporting for the company as a whole.

Convert and develop agreed designs with the technical team and business users

Analysis, designing and implementing data models for the Data Warehouse

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Database Modeler using an industry tool to develop design for the implementation of a new data warehouse.

Experience Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Database Designer working on a Data Warehouse project previously

Hands-on experience with a database modelling tool (ERWIN or similar tool)

Ability to perform data analysis

Bachelor degree in computer science/information technology, or higher qualification

Worked using an agile methodology, automated build and unit testing

Microsoft stack experience

ENERGY sector experience A MUST
