Database Manager - Boston - Financial Services

A Database Management position is open with a reputable financial services firm based in Boston to manage their global data management platform. The company has a long history within their field and employ over 1,800 professionals world-wide.

The role will manage the both the OLTP and Data Warehouse environments which use Oracle and Teradata technology so prior experience to managing Oracle enterprise environments is a must. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating best practices and formulating strategy regarding the maintenance of all Production, Development, Testing and DR environments.

Naturally experience of managing multiple teams such as DBA's, Developers and QA's is necessary along with exposure to liaising with senior IT management.
