Database Management Expert - IBM DB2 Audit

My Client (one of Europe's leading Financial Service Companies) is looking to perform an Audit of it's IBM DB2 environment.

We are looking for a technical consultant with a Deep understanding of database management within IBM DB2 to provide guidance, assurance and advice to the Audit team.

The Client:

One of Europe's leading Financial Service Companies with a high rate of contract hire - excellent prospect for repeat business.

The Role:

The Client is looking to perform an audit of it's IBM DB2 system - The existing team of experienced auditors require support from an expert IBM Database Manager on a technical level.

Required:

You should have a deep technical understanding of IBM DB2 and be confident in providing guidance and assurance to senior management.

Background in DB management and thorough understanding on a technical level

Audit Experience is desirable however not essential.

A Risk-Based approach is required, so an understanding of IT Risks and Security are essential.

Require Qualifications:

IBM Certified Database Administrator - DB2

Desirable qualifications:

- MCDBA
- MCSE
- MCTS
- MCITP
- CISA
- CISSP
- CISM
- CIMA
