A Database Development Manager is required to lead a small team of developers for a financial software company based in Central Boston. The role will be to lead from the front by getting involved in database architecture, design and development of the company's data management applications in Microsoft SQL technology. The successful applicant will also mentor and lead SQL developers and QA's in the design, development and support of these applications as well as implementing best practices and standards. Extensive knowledge in both Database and Data warehouse design in SQL Server is a must so experience in star schema design and Kimball is necessary.
