Database Development Engineer

For this contract position with a world renowned computer components company, you will be developing and maintaining existing tools, specifically their resource management decision support tool. These tools are used by thousands of managers in the organization. Candidates MUST have Front End and Back End database experience.

OVERVIEW

- Development using VSTO Excel Add-In, C#.Net, SQL
- Development using WPF Windows Application, C#.Net, SQL
- Ad-hoc data maintenance tasks (T-SQL scripts, Stored Procedures)

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of hands on.NET development experience (WPF and VSTO are a must)
- Demonstrated ability to develop n-tiered application using C#.Net/ADO.NET/SQL Server
- Experience with software components (such as Infragistics) required
- Experience developing VSTO Excel Add-In, Windows Form and WPF applications
- Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Technology highly desirable
- Experience with Java, XML, Computer Graphics preferred
