A SQL Server Developer with experience in designing and performance tuning both OLTP and OLAP environments is required for a leading financial services firm based in centralBoston. The company has an enterprise environment with Terabytes of data and is best suited for someone who has experience of working in complex and critical environments. The role will involve a mixture of ETL work to manipulate data from multiple data sources, as well as performance tuning the database's to improve efficiency and speed of the platform. Experience in data modelling is key as well as extensive use of T-SQL with deep understanding of SQL Code and SQL behaviour to determine how best to structure the OLTP and OLAP database environments. The company has an international presence and is very reputable within its field of financial services.
