Database Developer (C#, VBA, SQL) - Oxford - £35k

Do you like coming up with creative technical solutions to answer client's business questions? Do you like working with databases and enjoy creating bespoke applications? Database Developer - C#, VBA, SQL Server -Oxford- £32k to £36k Role - to develop client technical solutions, integrate internal and 3rd party systems together to deliver unique client solutions, and manage the Trade Dimensions and Spectra master store database. Key accountabilities for the role include: * Develop applications in C# / VBA that will increase client productivity and improve the capabilities of our existing software applications * Analyse client requirements and come up with technical solutions to match * Integrate, own and improve the store database that drives Trade Dimensions and Spectra * Creation of bespoke databases that integrate different data sources together * Creation and delivery of client specifications * Delivery of client solutions remotely or on-site * Support the sales team in delivering unique data based delivery solutions * Be the expert in data integration To succeed in this role you will need:- * Articulate and highly numerical * C# and / or VBA development skills * Knowledge of SQL Server * Data harmonisation and matching techniques * Comfortable working with varied data sources and formats * A full driving licence * Experience working with retail/ EPoS Data would be highly desirable but not essential.
