My multi-national client is going through the worlds largest project within its sector. They are looking for a database specialist at a junior function to assist them. I would imagine the role would get further extensions into the new year.

I require fluent English, and German would be a nice additional language skill.

Principle responsibilities:
The function focuses on data management, retrieval and cleansing between multiple systems and data bases. The ultimate purpose of the role is to support the local Regulatory Affairs team in remediation of Technical Documentation.

Tasks:
- Data retrieval from ERP system (SAP)
- Data retrieval and modification from PLM systems (Agile and Windchill)
- Build Access database
- Cross referencing and cross checking of data
- Data manipulation and analysis (establishing logical relations)
- Create Output files and validate, (output to text file, Excel file etc...)
- Manually modify data, add data elements non-available with automatic population

Requirements:
- Degree in Technical field with at more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with ERP system (SAP)
- Experience with PLM systems:
- Agile PLM e6 required
- Windchill Project Link, PDM Link is an advantage
- Thorough experience with Databases, especially MS Access
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Oracle knowledge is a plus
- SQL programming skills is a plus
- Experience in working autonomously, in an international environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Target-orientated professional
- English fluent
- German nice-to-have
