Experienced Database Architect required for interim contract at a global market leader.
My client currently hold 17% market share, making them the No. 1 in this sector, but owing to an organisational restructuring and the continued mission to dominate their market, they plan to completely re-platform their Global Database across all business streams.
They want somebody who is experienced in re-platforming databases, database design, implementation and roll out.
Currently they are utilising Oracle, SYBASE, SQL and MySQL technologies, but would be keen to speak to people who can advise and suggest alternative technologies that will allow them to achieve the desired futurisation of their systems.
They are ideally looking for a permanent Head of Database Design, but in the interim, are offering this contract to experienced Database Architects who can start the process.
