Database Administrator with profound Omics knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Experienced in Unix bash programming
Excellent knowledge of R/R shiny programming
Familiarity with -omics, RNA-seq, WGS, Exome-seq, etc., and related file types
Ability to completely focus on one project, due to determined agendas
Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

Identifying and connecting analysed and archived data
Creating consistent folder structures to ensure access and cataloguing of these data
Programmatically and manually revision of the database and Unix file system, building an organised and deposited framework
Closing gaps between patchy metadata assignment
