DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR/INTEGRATION ARCHITECT
One of our market leading clients is urgently seeking an Database administrator to work in a dynamic environment for a long, well-paying and stable contract in Zurich.
KEY SKILLS:
- Design and develop databases
- Lead and work with other developers and tune database queries
- Must have done database work on JDA database.
- Backup and recovery databases
- Represent database team in cross-functional meetings related to architecture and design and gather requirements
- Utilize expert level knowledge on database technology to assist application teams build and deploy applications framework to meet business needs
- Work with vendors and customers
- Experience with database security and associated configurations (Schema level Roles and Auditing)
- Table partitioning optimized to JDA application behavior, tablespace management, index management, physical file compliance & optimization
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in database performance management including experience to address system performance and its dependency to storage and OS
