Their IT team has been invested in fairly heavily over the last 6 months and they are looking to further expand by taking on an experienced SQL database administrator to oversee their junior DBA's as well as taking a technical lead role also.
The idea candidate will be able to talk about their experience with:
- SQL Database 2005/2008
- Performance tuning
- Backups and restore
- T-SQL scripting
- Mentoring and training of junior team-members
