Are you an experienced Data Warehouse lead with strong business facing capabilities and deep understanding of Teradata? If so than Vantage Resources would like to hear from you.
DATA WAREHOUSE/TERADATA LEAD, 12 MONTH CONTRACT, CORK
Our client who is multinational software consultancy is currently looking for a Data Warehouse/Teradata Lead for a 12 month contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall project delivery
- Develops design document
- Attends requirement workshops and collaborates with the business to analyse the requirements and delivers Requirements Specification, Use Cases, UI mock-ups using GBI standard templates
- Develops functional test case documents and supports PM with test strategy development
- Assigns work areas and tasks to the Developers
- Applies right design, utilizes right technologies and frameworks defined by the platform team and updates
- Manages system cutover to the test environment and production environment and validates product is working
REQUIRED:
- Hands on experience on EDW Structures
- Technical capabilities around Teradata, BOBJ and Tableau.
- Understanding of HTML5 paradigms.
- Customer facing capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
DESIRABLE:
- HTML5 dashboarding skills
