Data Warehouse/ETL Consultant, Oslo

With IFRS15 (revenue recognition) go-live date drawing ever closer we are working with a leading Telco and need an accomplished Data Warehouse/Data Schema Design Consultant with ETL implementation experience (eg Informatica, IBM Data Stage, Ab Initio) to join our team.

Experience needed includes Oracle Relational Database knowledge and familiarity with open systems architectures such as Hadoop and design/build of an ODS (Operational Data Store) and a DW/Data Store/ADS (Analytical Data Store). The project will involve working with In Memory solution architecture and supporting ODS with an Oracle database and integration of a Revenue Management Rules Engine platform with local country level Order Management platforms and local Reference data solutions. You will also be responsible for the central data schema and its development for IFRS15 revenue recognition purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

IFRS15 revenue recognition experience (2 years)

Telecoms revenue recognition knowledge (3 years minimum)

5 years data warehouse technical design experience

3 years ETL and rules engine development experience

Computer Science degree

Experience working for a Big 4 Consultancy, Telco or technology giant such as Google, Facebook etc.

Exposure to next generation data model design

Track record of successful project delivery

Stake holder engagement experience
