Data Warehouse Application Manager (m/w)

Tasks:
+ Manage the DWH, its supporting applications, load plan and its dependencies to fulfil the Service level agreements (SLA) we have with you data deliverers and dataconsumers
+ Perform data deliver checks (time, quality) and react on warnings & alerts
+ Monitoring the DWH and react on unplanned interruptions
+ Understanding the main data-areas of the DWH and can manage incidents, reported by data deliverers or data consumers
+ Analyse and fix incidents in close cooperation with business departments, developers and business analysts.
+ Continuously improve the service processes and optimize the Data-Quality-Monitoring tools, processes, alerts, KPIs
+ Create service-reports and -presentations

Must:
+ 5 years experience with Enterprice Data Warehouse (Functional Side)
+ Teradata Know How / Big Data
+ Highly Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and UC4
+ Practical experience in managing, monitoring and support of a DWH application
+ Good knowledge IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL certification)
+ Good communication and presentation skills and an excellent command of English and German
+ Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach and structured way of working even under pressure
Nice:
+ Highly experienced with Office applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ A team player, ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
+ Basic understanding of banking business
