Proteus Europe is searching for a Data warehouse Analyst and Designer for our client based in Brussels, Belgium.
Our Client:

Your New role
Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
o Pharma RandD IT, Data Services and Business Intelligence team.
o Part of Operational Data Warehouse project
o The new Operational Data Warehouse integrates data from many source systems and involves many entities.
Activities include:
o Analyzing source data and writing functional models of the source data.
o Collaboration with other analysis and modelers, with source system experts, with the warehouse and data mart development team.
Your Skills and experience:
Development Methodologies, Tools, and Platforms to be used:
o 3NF warehouse modelling, SQL
o Windows OS + MS Office
o Erwin
o various database tools such as Toad, Squirrel
Technical requirements:
o Analysis, design of data warehouse solutions (+5 years)
o Strong analytic mindset
o Capable of performing to the bone analysis in a short time
o Capable of writing precise and complete specifications
Methodology/Certification requirements:
o Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Non-Technical profile requirements:
o Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
o Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
o Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
o Quick learner, motivated self-starter
o Follow change management procedures and other internal guidelines
o Eager
o Error eagle
o Experience with a global work environment (US, India) is a plus
o Experience with a Master Data Management System is a plus
English spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
