DATA WAREHOUSE ANALYST/2 MONTHS/FLEMISH BRABANT, BELGIUM
Data Warehouse Analyst urgently required for a client for initial 2 Months contract to be based in in the province of Flemish Brabant, Belgium
Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements and prepare functional requirements
- Design DW and reporting solutions/enhancements in line with the guidelines set by the EDM architects
- Coordinate development efforts within the team
- Operate in conjunction with European and business unit team members
- Conduct QA testing and organize UA testing
- Constantly focus on performance, reliability and compliancy of DW & reporting solutions
- Provide consultancy to other IT teams relating to the EDM applications
- Contribute to the evolution of the client's Systems Strategy through observation of trends in use on the Enterprise Data Management systems and communicating recommendations to Senior Managers
Required skills
- Master degree in computer science, business administration, operations engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in a functional role with a focus on Data Warehousing
- Excellent analytical mind
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of SAP tools (BO, BODS, BW ) is an asset
