Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) Analyst - Contract

Our client, a large banking organisation is looking to recruit an experienced DSAR analyst to join a small data privacy team with a large banking organisation we work closely with. Candidates will need a detailed understanding of the requirements of the act in relation to Data Subject Access requests including definition of personal data and allowed exemptions to the right of subject access under the bank. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responding to Data Subject Access Requests on behalf of the Commercial Bank, LBG. 
- Identifying personal data relating to data subjects in bank's records. 
- Applying appropriate exemptions to the right of subject access where required. 
- Engaging with customers and other stakeholders about requests. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Understanding of the Requirements of the Data Protection Act
- Experience in handling complex DSARs.
- ISEB qualification in Data Privacy or Practitioners Certificate in Data Protection.
- Knowledge of financial services and commercial operations would also be beneficial.
