Data Specialist Job

DATA SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Migrating CTMS's
- Data lists
- Clinical trials

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Verify information migrated to current IIT specific CTMS.
- Identify errors in the data and correct in CTMS.
- Research primary data sources to identify accurate information for system.
- Work within cleanup project plan/provide input to plan when applicable.
- Enter missing study information via data entry or upload files.
- Identify missing data points by searching archives/study files.
- Tracking progress and provide frequent reporting of Real Time status daily.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High Level experience with migrating CTMS's
- Running data listings/reports.
- Solid understanding/interpreting and reporting on data listings.
- Have insight from experience on best practices for cleaning migration data.
- Knowledge of Clinical Trials (experience working on trial preferred but not required).
- Ability to develop/follow project plans.
- Experience working across functions & communicating project needs across stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the workflow process of CTMS system and business process.
- Good communication skills.
