Data Setup & Migration / Cut-Over Manager SAP Rollouts (m/f)

- Plan and manage all data and cut-over related activities to ensure successful parallel go-lives of country rollout projects
- Define re-usable and efficient data setup, migration and cut-over strategy and plan, incl. all migration tools according to the template specifications and based on the approved practices used in-house
- Define, establish and manage the required project stream organization on central and local project level
- Plan and coordinate all related activities from project pre-phase (e.g. status analysis, cleansing planning…) until cut-over execution
- Ensure proper resource assignments for training on and communication of planned activities
- Ensure and control data and migration related progress reporting (time, scope, budget, risks)
- Ensure consistency of cut-over, migration and data approach and plan across all streams (SAP streams, migration, data, training change management) and overall project
- Manage the cut-over phase of the rollout projects under the lead of overall project management
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts and escalate in time, as required, to overall project management
- Build up good relationships (honest, open, direct, critical, constructive) to the various stakeholders
- Ensure up-to-date documentation / tools and proper hand-over to the support organization after final Go Live
- Relevant experience as data/migration and cut-over manager within similar projects and industrial environment
- Proven international rollout experience in leading positions (full-lifecycle)
- Relevant experience in SAP project management methodologies
- Deep understanding of SAP ERP (data (particularly materials), processes, organization, systems landscape)
- Industrial business background, preferred in the logistics/manufacturing area
- Deep understanding of SAP master-data, preferred preferred variant configuration related topics in production, logistics and sales environment
- Proven experience with people management
- Strong people management and communication skills (up to C-Level)
- Strong experiences with migration tools (e.g. LSMW, ACCESS, ABAP) and procedures
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German and French desirable
