Data Security Administration Operator, Banking, Brussels

Objective:
My client is a Brussels based international bank. The IT Security Management team which delivers security services and expertise across the bank is now looking for a Data Security Administration (DSA) Operator to conduct a variety of Security Administration activities.

TASKS:

Security Profile management:
- DSA tool ticket + Exceptional Security Data (ESD) ticket handling, solving, escalation or dispatching to second line + resource access management (granting, updating or revoking).

Internal & External access:
- Profile and resource access management for the bank and the bank's clients (Participants). Includes electronic, Swift, fax or e-mail exchanges and controls for authentication of requests to access.

Telephone Support:
- DSA Hotline support at group level, interaction with internal groups, problem solving and questions about the status of requests, giving users support.

Joiner, Movers, Leavers (ie. staff and contractor movements at the bank):
- Create, Transfer, Revoke and deletion of the bank's end-user accounts + related actions

Eg. issuing or blocking tokens, Smartcards, special privileges.

Essential Skills:
You should have a good technical background, with knowledge of the distributed technology within an IT Security context. Previous experience of ID management or security profile administration will be an advantage.

Language:
English (any French or Dutch will be nice to have but is not essential).
