Data Scientist for Data-Driven Marketing (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Develop state-of-the-art machine learning models and solutions in the field of digital marketing
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to produce data-driven solutions and to optimize marketing strategies
- End-to-End analyze of quantitave and qualitative data including data collection, preparation, model training, and model evaluation
- Build data visualization and dashboards to communicate the results with the team and stakeholders
- Support in deployment of machine learning models on-premise and on Azure

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to quickly understand business processes and the data produced by them
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organization and project management skills
- Analytical thinking and taking over responsibility
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related quantitative discipline
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing, Targeting, User modeling, Personalization and Recommender Systems
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data warehouses and SQL-like query languages and web APIs
- Proficiency using data visualization tools, especially Tableau and Power BI
- Advanced skills and experience in analysis and developing machine learning models using python and R
- Experience in deploying ML projects on cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform or Adobe Marketing Ecosystems
