Stott and May have been engaged by a market leading client to find a Data Scientist for a long term project based in the Netherlands. The Data Scientist will be from a strong analytical background, where you have previously helped clients on their customer life cycle management, sales, operations etc. The Data Scientist will be able to translate complex issues into easy to follow hands on case studies for clients to follow. You will have experience getting to the root of the problem by doing a full review of the current environment and advising best practice.

The Data Scientist will be responsible for data exploration, preparation, analysis whilst providing presentations on the advanced analytics of the customers data. The Data Scientist will be expected to spot opportunities to get the most out of data, whilst also being able to transfer that data into different phases.

Key tasks:

- Analysis projects
- Ad hoc insights
- Data Mining
- Predictive modelling
- Use cases from a data scientist point of view

Key skills:

- Successful Data science background
- Tools such as Hadoop Cloudera and Pyhton
- Advanced analytical skill
- AI and ML
