Data Scientist wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- MSc. respectively PhD in computational science, life sciences, statistics, maths or physics
- 2+ years working experience in required fields
- Background in working with complex numerical challenges and tasks
- Competence of applied fields with a focus on Digital Health for device assessment, implementation into internal clinical studies and validation
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyzing and integrating data from mobile medical devices, large multivariate clinical data sets and real-world data such as medical claims
- Using modern analysis techniques to improve the extracting of medically relevant information from the data
- Evaluating and improving performance of published and new algorithms on clinical datasets
- Establishing software frameworks for efficient and effective data exploration as well as scientific publication of the results
