Data Science Consultant

Our Client are a leader in producing smart technology in future industries. They are looking for a data scientist to join on a 12-month rolling contract in The Netherlands.

JOB TITLE: Data Science Consultant

CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 Month rolling contract

LOCATION: Amsterdam - Netherlands

You will work in a highly complex environment. Creativity and flexibility is requested and required from each team member, while everyone has a clear specialization to grow in.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as data scientist or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and statistics skills
- Proficient in Python or R or Kubernetes or Ceph or Spark.
- Knowledge of applied machine learning techniques for marketing/customer analytics
- Experience in collaborating with engineering/deploying validated models to production
- Experience in a SaaS-company and/or R&D-team is a plus
- Experience with collaborative data science platforms like Looker or Dataiku is a plus
- Knowledge of Cassandra, (No)SQL-based databases is a plus
- Familiarity with distributed computing is desirable
