Data Reporting Analyst

DATA REPORTING ANALYSTS NEEDED IN WALLINGFORD, CT.

In collaboration with the business partners, develop robust requirements to support new and enhanced solutions. Responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms. Proven experience with working with end line business customers to create client Reporting packages and Prototying reports using visualization tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Requires an AA, BA/BS degree or technical institute training and 5 or more years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language or multi business application, analytics and reporting, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Excellent understanding of healthcare and ability to anticipate needs of the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive to results.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and planning skills required.
- Aptitude for defining and documenting business requirements
- 5+ years eliciting and managing business and technical requirements, use cases, and/or user stories.
- 5+ years systems analysis experinace working on application development and/or delivery projects in full life cycle development environments.
- 2+ years working as a business/systems analyst within an Agile/Iterative delivery model.
- 2+ years using requirements tracking tool to maintain requirements and trace relationships such as Requisite Pro or equivalent.
- Proven experience using SQL, SAS, OLAP, Business Objects or equivalent for quantitative/qualitative analysis.
