Data Quality/MDM - Project Lead - Insurance - French

Client - Global FTSE 500 Consultancy - We seek 4 project leaders to lead various data quality projects in the Insurance domain:
- 2 experts in design of a conceptual data model (Capacity for analysis and synthesis, Demonstrated ability to design solutions, etc.)
- 2 experts in hands-on MDM/Data Quality skills

Responsibilities include:
- Organizing/running workshops with end-users to refine the model and make it relevant to the business
- Identifying interactions with existing data dictionaries in the current IT landscape
- Defining the operational process for interacting with various stakeholders

Functional & Technical skills
- Fluent French language skills
- Senior (+ 8 years experience) in data quality and project management, either:

o Design of conceptual data models, or
o Hands-on MDM/Data quality work
- Strong functional knowledge in the insurance domain: (Life, Healthcare, P&C, Retirement, Savings, Disability, Financial knowledge)
- Strong communication/training skills (Facilitate and communicate, Quality of writing, etc.)
- Experience in Change Management (Communication, Relational capacity in managing stakeholders, etc.)
- Should also have basic knowledge of: Finance, Accounting, Financial Risk Management, Internal Control, Actuarial
