Data Quality Analyst

- Implement Data Quality Measurement and Metrics capabilities across Global business functions
- Provide subject matter expertise around analysis of profiling of data - tool agnostic, data quality requirements, rules, metrics and key performance indicators.
- Represent Data Quality in various Group Data Working Groups
- Define, document and maintain business as usual processes for data quality target operating models and governance
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and methodologies to support the execution and implementation of Data Management policies, frameworks, and pertaining to definitions, dictionaries, and data quality.
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize implementation of Critical Data Elements (CDE) definitions, DQ controls, and DQ metrics to assure compliance with data policies and standards.
- Continually seek ways of improving work processes.
- Partner with business/function CDOs to assist in identifying CDEs, documenting DQ requirements, analysing profiling and DQ metrics results, and implementing DQ monitor and control process

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent experience

Experience working as a data analyst, financial modeler, statistician, econometrician or similar

Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services (Banking, Wealth Management, and Capital Markets) business processes and resultant information needs: client, risk/regulatory/finance

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; presentation skills preferred

Organized, well structured, and detail oriented

Strong prioritization and time management skills

Strong research, analysis and report writing skills are essential
