Data Quality Analyst

DATA QUALITY ANALYST

Our client, a leading banking and investment house, is recruiting for a Data Quality Analyst, to be based in London, on an initial 6 month contract, with a possibility for extension.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE DATA QUALITY APPLICATIONS EXPERIENCE SUCH AS TRILLIUM/INFORMATICA

Background;

This is a position based around data and will involve a lot of investigative work; candidate will be brought on to improve the data quality and data entry process and solve any issues.

Identifying root causes of data problems, creating solutions to any data issues on the system, documenting any changes, issues that arise as it happens.

The successful candidate will be training other staff and team members, analysing all of the team data.

The candidate will be involved in training the teams on how to read data, how to read reports, helping them to understand the data, and how to raise an issue using the DQ tools.

They will be involved in helping to improve the data quality process, create KPIS and ensure staff are following these.

And finally, help to improve the data entry on the system.

Key Experience;

1) Data quality background

2) Data quality applications; eg. Informatica, Trillium

3) Data quality measurements

4) Experience in DQ implications, DQ cost/benefit analysis
