You will need to provide awareness and education for all staff so that they understand their responsibilities in applying excellent data protection practices on a day-to-day basis.
Therefore, excellent communication skills are a must as you will need to converse technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff and management. Experience of the financial services industry is desirable.
