Data Protection/Privacy Specialist - Senior Functional Analyst

Description: Data Protection Specialist - Senior Functional Analyst. 

A Senior Functional Analyst is sought to handle the delivery of regulatory requirements, gap analysis, and the functional requirements of the remediation's implementation, process documentation and supporting material (tooling, templates, diagrams) in scope of this project. 

As Senior Functional Analyst you will significantly contribute to the improvement of the Data Privacy framework within the bank by delivering: 

Regulatory requirement's gap analysis which includes the results of the Privacy Impact Assessments run within the entities based on the Functional Standards;

Functional requirements for the remediation's implementation that were identified through the gap analysis; 

Process documentation and supporting material (tooling, templates, diagrams) for: 

- Privacy Impact Assessment PIA
- Personal data breach
- Personal data classification
- Functional data flow
- Solid experience in compliance projects or IT audit;
- Solid experience in Functional Analysis in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Experience designing and implementing Personal Data Protection and Privacy processes (Governance, Processes, Functional Data Flows, Privacy by Design, Controls and KPIs);
- Experience within the Banking and Finance Industry;
- Experience working in cross-functional depts. and teams.
