Data Modeller - SAS

A Leading Life & Pensions Client is looking to recruit an experienced Datamodelling professional on an interim basis.

Working in their Quarterly Reporting Programme, the role will specifically involve:
* Completing the design of a comprehensive data model to hold quantitative reporting data required to meet reporting requirements ensuring that the data model complies with the overall High Level Design.
* Reviewing business requirements to ensure the information provides a comprehensive definition of reporting requirements and is sufficient to facilitate the design of a data model.
* Assisting with estimating and scheduling for planning purposes

The successful applicant must demonstrate:
* Datamodelling experience within a Life/Pensions environment, General Insurance as a second preference.
* SAS exposure would be extremely beneficial
* Ability to communicate across all levels to gather and document requirements
* Open minded and open to views being challenged
* Firm grasp of data models
* Strong Access and Excel skill set
