I have an exciting opportunity for one of the leading tier one banks in the world with a global footprint who are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to help support work-streams within the clients Reference Data Management Programme. They are seeking a leading industry professional to act as a key point of contact to Reference Data Quality and Match/Merge rule creation, across multiple systems.

If this sounds like you then I require the following following skills and experience to be detailed on your CV:

- Strong retail banking or financial services background
- Proven ability to lead teams of data analysts (upwards of 5) from previous assignments and acting as the main point of contact for all Data related questions and reporting on a large programme.
- Strong Data Interrogation or profiling skills across systems, utilising varying tool sets - IDQ, Tera-data(SQL script writing) Excel and Macro is essential for this role.
- Experience with reporting large data sets in detail.
- Excel - advanced, reporting methods. Producing management type reporting of detailed data.
- Knowledge of current business operating model and supporting systems with multiple banking clients.
- Strong background as a Business Analyst who has been heavily involved in Data analysis and management.
