MY DUTIES:

-Business Analysis: gather business requirements, drawing BPMN, extracting business functions, collecting high level data requirements, Stakeholder Management
-Business Modelling: entering the business models into the Enterprise Architect tool
-Data Modelling: proposing a Solution Data Model to meet the business requirements and convincing stakeholders (Business and Technical) to adopt the solution
-Presenting the outcome of the modelling work and convincing various audiences of more than 40 stakeholders (Business and Technical)
-Running quality checks on the released message schemas to make sure the initial requirements are met
-Updating technical documentation (implementation guides)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Able to propose improvements on an existing Data Model and to model complex Business Requirements from scratch
-Experience with the Data Modelling process and tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect from Sparx or equivalent)
-Experience with the XML Message schemas generation process: collaboratively work with Data Model administrator, Data Architects and other Data Modelers on a shared data model
-Experience generating XML schemas on a large PSS project would be ideal
-Experience carrying out quality checks to make sure new releases have been implemented as per requirements
-Experience as a Business Analyst
-Good knowledge of eCommerce processes (payment, order creation, accounting, delivery...) is a plus
-Able to write clear and understandable technical documentation such as Implementation Guides for APIs, Webservices
-Familiarity with UML tools, VISIO, API tools
-Able to work with the business to model a process, produce sequence diagrams, use-case diagrams, state diagrams, identify Business Capabilities/Business Functions
-Willingness to learn a new tool (Enterprise Architect Sparx)
-Good at communicating complex notions around Logical Data Models and Message Schemas to business-minded people
-Fluency in English is a must; an additional working language is a plus
