Projektbeschreibung
>pHarvey Nash is looking for a Data Modeler for a 7 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to create a centralized IT system framework to automatically acquire, analyze, and report global manufacturing data for improved compliance with process and product monitoring.
You are responsible for
- Design stable, reliable and effective meta models across multiple different manufacturing data sources
- Liaising with developers to improve applications and establish best practices
- Gathering user requirements and identify new features
- Understanding the data requirements for the project and driving the solution based on the information needs
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in a Data Modeler or Data Architect capacity with hands on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL, as well as extensive background in data modelling and data warehousing
- Understanding of star/snowflake schemas, indexing, aggregate tables, dimension tables, constraints, keys, and fact tables required
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- EII (JBOSS DV/TEIID) experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent English speaking, + German speaking
