Data Migration Team Leader

The successful candidate will undertake the following tasks and responsibilities;

- Data migration planning;
- Data mapping and development of a Legacy data extraction script
- Development of Data Cleansing Script, Data Masking Script (for test, training and pilot data) and Data Migration Scripts;
- Test data migration; and
- Migrate data to production system

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following;

- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Data Migration Strategies and Plans to support large, complex, case management systems.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating with business to manage data cleansing.
- Technical skills pertaining to data conversion analysis skills, preferably from Lotus Notes-based Legacy systems to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with RDBMS and SQL.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with database programming languages such as PL/SQL and SQL Server stored procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Migration Team Lead on a high profile time critical project.
