Data Migration Specialist (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Define data migration strategies between the systems involved
-Analyse and document data migration activities, defining necessary flows and data content
-Support clients in their data extraction activities and overview mapping processes
-Implement transformation and data loader procedures, as well as related reconciliation tools (Source vs. Target)
-Analyse and document data interfaces’ requirements and processes between solution components
-Define appropriate solutions in terms of data needs and flows between the applications
-Contribute to the evolution of the Data Integration Layer, supporting the definition of the data entity objects
-Maintain conceptual interfaces Integrated Model View documentation
-Actively manage customer relationship by communicating regularly and providing a pro-active client support
-Participate in work groups to explore process improvement and re-engineering opportunities
-Assist in the integration tests of the implemented projects to ensure user requirements have been incorporated and client expectations met

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in Computer Science or a similar education background
-Strong programming abilities in PL/SQL and/or SQL statements (including scripting languages) are a must
-Practical experience with ETL tool Oracle Data Integrator (v.11g) is a plus
-Working experience and knowledge of Avaloq Banking System is an important advantage
-Well-developed analytical and conceptual design skills, reinforced by a structured problem solving approach
-Good team work abilities and communication skills
-Pronounced client orientation
-Ability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast paced and complex environment
-Fluent in English and Italian, while German and French are an advantage
