Data Migration Lead

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DATA MIGRATION LEAD to join our client in Charlotte, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading the overall conversion effort to include potentially directing other resources (Note: Our client is looking for a working lead that may or may not have other resources to direct)
- Working with team members inside and outside the project team to drive out conversion requirements, develop conversion options, create detailed specifications including data mappings, and direct the build and testing of the conversion programs
- Creating a workplan/schedule for the conversion efforts and recommending additional staffing where needed
- Providing the project manager with weekly status updates
- Escalating issues to the project manager in a timely manner

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project workplans
- Self-starter with ability to drive activities and tasks to completion with minimal oversight
- Ability to lead and direct others Technical background with prior conversion experience and preferably, conversion lead experience
- Experience with software delivery methodologies
