DATA MIGRATION & ETL ANALYST/DEVELOPER
Location: Brussels
Duration: 4 months + extentions
For one of my clients an opportunity has arisen for a Data Migration & ETL Analyst/Developer to join the project team.
The Migration Analyst will be working with the team on a specific and large scale project to introduce and implement a new billing system, and will involve extensive data cleansing using SAP BODS and data migration.
The team will analyse and develop the data mapping specifications for the migration, as well as working with ETL programs to transfer data into the new billing system from two Legacy systems.
This roles responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders from across the business to analyse and configure requirements, and producing specification documentation to support the data standards and business rules.
The team will be engaged in multiple initiatives at any one time across the project and must ensure that the processes and solutions will meet business expectations and requirements to improve data quality.
The successful candidate will be a skilled data migration analyst/developer with demonstrable experience and knowledge in this area.
You must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be collaborating, meeting and communicating with people across the business.
You will have attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
You will be able to evidence build experience with leading programming languages, and you will be highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite, in particular Word and Excel.
This is a challenging role working on a key project and the ideal candidate will be have high levels of energy and enthusiasm for their work.
