Data Migration Data Analysts - CBD (Q3)

One of my key clients in the Brisbane market is actively looking to engage two Data Migration Data Analysts to work on a large SAP migration program for initial 12 month contracts. These positions will be based in the CBD with the intent of bringing a successful resource on quite swiftly.

As the Data Migration Data Analyst you will be responsible for the development of extraction/transformation routines, data cleansing activities as well as transferring of high quality data from existing applications to the required solution.

Your key responsibilities in this position will include the following:

- Review technical and functional business process designs for capture of high level data conversion requirements;
- Provide data conversion expertise to functional teams;
- Manage data conversion requirements for functional streams (HR or Asset
- Strategically analyse data conversion requirements; including Legacy systems, to identify, develop, clarify and document the required solution;
- Lead and contribute to writing of data conversion functional and technical design documents;
- Support testing by assisting with defect identification.  

To be successful in this position you will need the following key skills
- Strong skills in design and implementation of data migration components;
- Experience with data migration concepts, processes and technologies including ETL;
- Ideally experience with Ellipse and/or HRIS;
- Experience working on high volume projects within an enterprise environment
