DATA MIGRATION CONSULTANT - OSLO, NORWAY - ENGLISH SPEAKING/PART TIME (50%)

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Data Migration Consultant. This is a part time role (50%)

PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:

Responsibilities
Follow up and coordinate data migration activities with countries being onboarded to Salesforce
Transform data in Excel to make sure it is compatible with global templates
Facilitate meetings and answer questions regarding data quality and data migration
Upload data to Salesforce using DataLoader
Train and assist the markets in Cloudingo to do deduplication

Qualifications
Basic Excel experience (eg most advanced formula used is VLookup)
Some experience with data migration
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Manage to communicate and coordinate successfully with project members from global markets with limited English knowledge

Job description
Aligns with Salesforce Architect on the process and principles for data management and transformation agreed in connection with the client's role in delivering the project's Data stream.
Coordinates data gathering and transformation in close collaboration with local data stewards, Vendor's Deployment stream lead, Central project team's PMO.
Provides support and data management expertise to local data stewards, deployment teams, in connection with data transformation, cleansing and validation prior to relaying the validated data to the Vendor for load into Salesforce.
Requests and receives local data stewards' sign-off on data before and after Go Live.
Supports project's post-load data cleansing strategy by assisting local data stewards with data deduplication activities through use of OOTB Salesforce functionality, Cloudingo.

Mandatory Fields
1. Experience with data migration and data management from large, international projects.
2. Excellent organization, communication, and coordination skills, and competence in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, meeting management, presentations
3. Fluency in English both oral and written
