Data Migration & BI Analyst sought for a large project in Edinburgh.

Description:

As part of a new contract with an agency of the Devolved Government in Scotland, AFRC, our client been contracted to deliver a new suite of IT applications to support EU Common Agricultural Policy reform in 2015 to distribute some £650m in grants to the farming community in Scotland. They are therefore looking to assemble a large development team, based on site in Edinburgh, working with the clients IT staff, in blended teams.

Experience:
*Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of using jMeter to test both webservices and HTML requests
*Designing and planning of performance tests based on non-functional requirements
*Experience of writing Oracle SQL queries
*Experience in configuring and using Monitoring tools eg J Profiler, Visual VM
*Knowledge of Java
*Knowledge of Linux

Desirable
*Performance Engineering (Analysis and Tuning)
*Experience with other types of NFT: Usability, Accessibility, browser compatibility
