SQL / Data Migration / SSIS / T-SQL / ETL / Stored Procedures / Good Communication Skills / Complex Scripts

My client has a requirement due to growth for a SQL Data Migration Architect that can take lead on migration projects with some of their key clients.

This role involves having an in-depth understanding of system architecture and design, you will be highly proficient in the ability to write complex scripts in particular SSIS for data input handling and T-SQL for querying.

You will be working closely with various high profile end clients therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are of high importance. This role will require occasional travel out to client sites however you will be primarily based out at my clients head office.

Key skills and experience:

* Requirements gathering.
* Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) via SSIS.
* Querying, aggregating and transforming data using T-SQL.
* Writing SQL Server stored procedures.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills as the successful candidate will need to communicate with clients on a regular basis
