Data Migration Analyst

To manage the collection, verification and completion of the Contingent Workforce data in UK and Ireland.

This role will consist of partnering with HR, PSM (Purchasing and Supply-Chain Management) and Finance (Controller/Accounts Payable) to collect, complete, verify data quality and accuracy and track any change in the data. This is a key role Embedded in the implementation project team, with daily interaction with stakeholders, managers and the Managed Service Provider.

The successful candidate will be at ease with Excel, rigorous, very detail-oriented, assertive in getting things done and getting people to deliver, as well as be able to work with minimum supervision.

Previous experience with financial data and basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

- Population of the Data Collection Template and verification of data quality according to established standards.
- Work collaboratively with other functions (eg PSM, HR, Finance, IT) to ensure data-related issues are resolved.
- Serve as the key point of contact with the Managed Service Provider to ensure data is migrated on time.
- Serve as the "go-to" person for all matters related to Contingent Labour data.
- Analyze and solve Contingent Labour data problems and provide support for efficient daily operations.
- Take part in project update meetings to report advancement of data migration and report key issues.
- Support project team during migration activities.
- Lead data cleansing and harmonization activities and develop effective data cleansing rules and procedures in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Perform data quality audits of Contingent Labour data to ensure it remains current.
- Identify and manage the escalation and resolution of data quality issues, as needed.

- Strong analytical skills, in terms of both data and process management.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and implement structure and clarity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive and able to follow through on tasks.
- Strong organizational skills a must.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, a must.
- Ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work well with people at various levels and with different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
