Data Manager- 3 Months London

Certes have been instructed to recruit a Data Manager to join our public sector client based in Central London on an initial 3 month contract. The role will be paying up to £400 per day.

The successful candidate should come to the role with:
* Relevant experience in data sharing process design.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Systems and data management experience.
* Information Assurance experience.
* Efficient document review and quality assurance skills.

Desirable skills and experience:

-Experience of government procurement process.
-Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
-Experience of Electronic Documents repositories and document sharing tools.

The Data Manager will be required to:
* Act as the link to the central procurement function and the Programmes Commissioning Support Managers to register and maintain the required data set.
* Provide expert Data Room and Evaluation Room advice on all aspects of the data management process.
* Establish effective process; procedures and data quality checks for accepting data into the data room and sharing data with prospective Tier 1 bidders.
* Manage the Data Store document filing structure and controlled access process.
* Manage and maintain the data query and feedback process in conjunction with Procurement staff and the Programmes Commissioning Support Managers.
* Ensure that communications with bidders do not compromise the integrity of the competition.
* Ensure that best practice is followed with regards information management and assurance and adhere to set security policy and procedures.
* Support build, test and delivery phases of the Evaluation Room.
* Maintain the Evaluation Room and relevant internal user access.
