Supply Chain and Operations role where you are offering Operational support to ensure supplier data provided via an SAP system is matching internal compliance. This role does Not require a life science degree but it is important to have a careful attention to detail and required to have some basic knowledge of the industry

Requirements

- Bachelor level degree, preferably within IT
- Prior experience in working for a Pharmaceutical/Life Science company or having knowledge of the life sector from academic study is essential
- You should be computer literate and able to use MS Office
- Experience of SAP Systems as well as other IT systems
- Prior experience in working for Regulatory/Quality Operations or Clinical Supply Chain is nice to have, roles may have been as Documentation Specialist, Artwork (RA) or Scheduler.
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP, SOP quality standard is nice to have.
- Fluent English Communication skills
- Quick learner

Responsibilities

- Is responsible for content creation in the SAP Global Management Tool (SAP GLM) for phrase library and label management
- Generates labels for Investigational Medicinal Products and ensures quality and agreed milestones
- Is accountable for label compliance with study-specific, country-specific and QA requirements
- Works according to appropriate SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE and ISEC guidelines
- Maintains Phrase Library
- Performs and documents GMP conform activities related to label creation and phrase library maintenance according to SOP's
- Communicates and address issues to involved partners or customers and proposes corrective actions
