We are looking for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Functional Analyst to join a project team, within Global Security, working on enhancing the capability to protecting Firm, Client and Employee sensitive/confidential data.

ROLE:

As Functional Analyst you will significantly contribute to the improvement of the Data Loss Prevention capability within the bank by:

- Creating the functional requirements based on business requirements;
- Work as part of the project team to ensure that the needed requirements are understood by both technical and non-technical project members;
- Define a target operating model for the DLP capability,
- Document the processes' documentation and supporting material (tooling, templates, training) related to the project;
- Understanding drivers and priorities, with regard to Business, Security, and regulatory requirements;
- Handling sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality;

EDUCATION:

- Master or equivalent by experience

LANGUAGES:

- French: Native/Fluent And/or Dutch: Native/Fluent
- English: Fluent

(The candidate must be able to write documents and have interactive meetings in at least two languages: French/Dutch and English).

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with DLP solutions, technologies and principles;
- Definition of operating models;
- Process definition and writing;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office programs;
- Change Management (training
- Experience in risk assessments
- Global awareness of Data Protection (information security) and privacy principles in general;
- Experience in (re)designing and implementing processes;
- Excellent reporting skills
- Experience within the Banking and Finance Industry.
- Experience working in cross-functional departments and teams.
