DATA LOGISTIC ANALYST

Link Technologies is currently looking for a Data Logistic Analyst for a contract position in Las Vegas, NV.  This is an opportunity with a leading gaming and hospitality company.  Interested qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES/PURPOSE

- This individual will be responsible for supporting the call center with technical support with regards to the software and hardware applications. 
- Support of proprietary web based reporting application.
- Support of move, add and changes for telephony system and call center applications
- Execute weekly and monthly System maintenance plans.
- Desktop support of computers and telephones.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Coordinates telephone equipment changes including additions, deletions and moving of equipment
- This position will be a mix of development and support of a wide-spread I3 Telephony network.
- Generates and follows through on new ideas/solutions on specific call center issues, and participates in projects and process improvement initiatives to improve the operation.
- Ensures that all client established IT processes are followed.
- Establishes, measures, documents, reports and communicates data based on accurately.
- Create automated custom reports and scorecards that provide data at all levels of employees including agent, supervisor, and executive leadership. 
- Swiftly resolves issues and reports potential issues to senior management if needed. 
- Develops, plans and implements project work plans, arranges for necessary resources, monitors progress and resolves problems to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Works with management to formulate and continually modify, as needed the long-term call center reporting needs.  
- Provides regular status updates to necessary site contacts/management on service restoration process/timeline.
- Troubleshot and resolved all IC related desktop user issues.
- IC system troubleshooting, system maintenance and monitoring
- Maintained telephony resources and equipment such as T1*s, PRI*s, DID*s, POTS lines, telephones, headsets, etc.
- Ensures that the technology to assist all call center departments are available to support any interactions efficiently, accurately and professionally as they assist internal and external customers.
- Ensures that all client established IT processes are followed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or equivalent experience and training.

EXPERIENCE:   

- VB, ASP.NET, SQL query experience a must. 
- HTML experience.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Experience working in Call Center environment a plus.
- Crystal reporting a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to maintain a flexible working schedule based on business demands as well as being dependable and punctual.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Four year college degree in business management or related field.
